Alfie 'Harvey' George - Staffy X
2-3 years old male
Warrington

Meet HaHarvey-1.jpgrvey, the three year old Staffy X who has had an awful start in life, which has not stopped him being a happy boy!

Harvey came to WAW in a disgusting starved state, it soon became clear that he had been living in his own filth and when he vomited up plastic we realised he had been eating anything he could find to stay alive!

He is now fighting fit and ready to find a family to show him the love he deserves!

With little information on Harvey, he has been at the rescue centre for a while being assessed and recovering – but we know now that this young man is a very happy, playful and fun loving and is a true favourite with our volunteers.

Harvey needs an experienced owner/family with the time to get to know him, continue his training, take him on plenty of walks (he walks very nicely on the lead, but can pull if he something he likes, such as his doggy BFFs).

Harvey is great around dogs and seems fine around cats, as he is more interested in food – which would be great for his training!

Due to his playful nature we feel he would be better in a home with older children.  We also think he would benefit from a home where he is not left for long periods.

Harvey is neutered, microchipped and fully vaccinated – contact us to arrange to meet him.
