Coronavirus - keeping visitors, staff and volunteers safe!

Updated 12 October 2020CORONAVIRUS.png

Animals don't know we are in the middle of pandemic and there are still animals in need of rescue and in need of homes - our rescue does remain closed to drop-in visitors and is running a strict appointment system.  We have also introduced the following safey measure to keep you safe:

  • Stict appointment system for all visitors (donations can still be dropped off without an appointment, but will need to be left a the gate).
  • Limited the number of people on site.
  • All visitors to wear a face covering when on site, along with staff and volunteers.
  • Adhering to social distancing.
  • Installed hand sanitsier and encourage good hand hygiene.
  • Changed our homecheck procedures - we will discuss those with you, if you are adopting.
As you appreciate this requires more resources and we may not be able to respond to all inquires, or may take longer to reply, so we ask that you are patience.

Our amazing staff and volunteers will still be at the centre to ensure our animals waiting for their forever homes still get the best care we can offer during these challenging times.

Getting in touch
Our phone lines remain open - 01925 748638, however we are experience a high demand in service, so please consider if your call is urgent before calling and be patience if you cannot get through.

Telephone calls are taken 10am - 4pm.  You can also email or use Facebook Messnger

We are very busy and ask that you be patience, we also may not be able to reply to all inquires.
Adoptions / Appointments
If you are interested in adopting a specific animal please get in touch to discuss, we ask that you provide as much information on your application.

Do not come to site if you, or any member of your household is self-isolating, has any flu-like symptoms, or has been in contact with anyone who has.

Due to roadworks, you have to access our site via an alternative route - find out more here.
We still need your support to continue and you can still drop off donations of food at the centre - just at the gates of the centre – no need to come in, but do not leave donations outside if we are closed.  You can also donate via our Amazon Wish List.
